WAIVER: The Montauk Historical Society retains the right to prohibit any craftsperson from exhibiting any of his/her work at its absolute discretion. And that the exhibitor agrees that he/she has read ALL the rules and instructions and that he/she is solely responsible and liable for his/her work, person and property at all times and will NOT hold the Montauk Historical Society or any of its workers responsible for any losses or damages to property or injury to person.
