BHHC Welfare reporting form
Hi!

If you are reading this you likely have a concern for the welfare of a young person, yourself, or another person.

This may include a concern regarding the conduct of a club member, volunteer, or paid person at Brighton and Hove Hockey Club (BHHC).

We take all concerns very seriously, and follow guidance provided by England Hockey (EH). We as a club believe that all people have the right to be safe and enjoy their participation in hockey.

We are passionate about our responsibility to promote the welfare of young people - and adults - keeping them safe from harm, in partnership with The England Hockey Family. You can find more information about safeguarding and our procedures for following up concerns on our safeguarding web page: https://www.brightonandhovehockeyclub.net/a/safeguarding-50295.html

The contents of this form will confidentially be sent to the email address of BHHC's Welfare Officer: Rachel Batten.

Dependent on the seriousness of the concern, all reports will be followed up by the Welfare Officer within 48 hours. If you feel a young person, or adult, is at immediate risk of harm please call 999 immediately.

You can also contact me directly by email at: bhhc.welfarelead@gmail.com

Many thanks,

Rachel Batten
