Please note: some of these questions are quite personal, and may even be triggering for some. I have tried my best to ensure that all questions like this are optional (they will lack the red star). Your email address will not be collected, so you can choose to be completely anonymous by using your discord name rather than your real name. Just PLEASE use a name you will remember, for future surveys. We want consistency here, and changing names across surveys will jeopardize that.

The survey will take a while, I'd guess 20-30 minutes as it is quite in depth.

If you have any good ideas for survey questions, let me know. I think this is a good starting point. It covers individual psychology fairly in-depth, and many of us believe that our psychology or emotions have an influence here. Also let me know if you find any errors in the questions. Last thing - you can come back and edit your responses any time (you'll need to be signed in to google to do this). 

We're making history here folks, I don't think anyone has investigated this phenomenon in this much depth. Might end up being a wild goose chase, but I believe it is still worth it!
