Thank you for taking the time to enroll your young person in our camp. The Boredomfighters Foundation is dedicated to helping kids make music the way they want to make it. We've compiled an expert team of certified music educators and nationwide touring acts to help your young beat maker find their sound and tap in to their truest potential.
Please fill this form out to help us confirm that their current understanding of music production is up to par with where our lessons start off.
Advanced Camp
Dive deep on the intricacies of finding your sound, refine your production skills, explore live setups, and cover the basics of releasing your music! *Includes (2) digital 1on1 pre-camp mentorship sessions*
Ideal for young people who:
1. have already gone through the Discovery Camp
2. have desires to be a studio engineer or producer
3. excel at their instrument and want to record
4. are interested in electronic music and DJing
5. Must already be producing on a computer, ideally in Ableton
The camp will feature:
- group music production exercises
- songwriting & arrangement workshops
- learning to track other musicians
- discovering new gear and live setups
- collaborative music making with national touring acts
- personalized 1on1 instruction for each camper
- getting feedback on current music projects
- discovering a range of music career opportunities
- practicing your live setup
- performing for the rest of camp (100+ campers!)
*The course is taught with Ableton software. It's recommended that you use Ableton, but not required and can still be a fruitful week no matter the software you're using.
