EmpoWOMANt Session Donation 
This form is for submitting either a request for a donated session, or nominating someone for an EmpoWOMANt session. Please note that donated session cover the basic session only, and do not include hair and makeup or other upgrades. People who are selected are contacted via email, so please make sure that the correct email is given, and that it is checked regularly.
