Thank you very much for your generous support of the Robert H. Frank Student Run Free Clinic and Street Medicine Detroit through our annual 5K! The 5K will be on Sunday, August 18, 2019 with registration beginning at 8:00am and the race at 9:00am at Historic Fort Wayne (6325 W Jefferson, Detroit, MI 48209).

Please fill out this form below to register for the event. The cost of registration is $25 per runner. We welcome payment through our online PayPal (tinyurl.com/rrf-srfc), Venmo (@SRFC-WSUSOM), or in person at the event! All donations and payments for the event are tax deductible.

All participants who register by Sunday, August 4 at 11:59pm will be guaranteed a t-shirt. We will order extra t-shirts that will then be given out to those who register after that date, but cannot guarantee shirts for those registered after.
