Rock the Pride Individual Volunteer Form
Fill out this form if you are an individual who plans to volunteer at Rock the Pride on August 13th, 2022.

There are 9 areas that need volunteers through out the day. Please indicate your preference and availability.

1 Security - Monitor Perimeter, Count Attendees, De-escalate Conflict, Call 911 in the case of emergencies
2 Indoor & Bathrooms- Assist drag performers, Monitor the Area, Refill TP, and clean up if needed (Air Conditioned)
3 Stage - Monitor Area, Use of Sound Equipment, Assist DJ
4 Food trucks - Monitor the Area, Pick up Trash
5 Children - Run Games for Children and Families
6 Rainbow Corner - Sell YBR's Merch
7 Outdoor Vendors - Monitor the area (opens at 10 AM, Closes at 6 PM)
8 Setup - Assist in the setup of all areas where needed
9 Tear Down - Assist in the tear down of all areas where needed, clean facility, take out trash

Be mindful of times you may need to volunteer at a booth if you are associated with an organization.
Be Mindful of times you may want to participate in activities such as the Trivia Tournament, Rock County Pride Pageant.

11 AM Drag Story Time
Noon Local Advocates Speak
1:30 Drag Race Game
2 PM Rock County Pride Pageant
5 PM Trivia Tournament
7 PM Drag Show
