Materials needed: Postcard, paper, envelope, stamp
Suitable for children 10 and older, with some flexibility (younger kids may need adult help)
Recipients: Members of US Congress
Activity: Together we'll write letters to our members of congress about pressing environmental issues that are suggested by the Jewish Earth Alliance.

The Jewish Earth Alliance is a grassroots network of communities working together to enable people to engage in the policy process at the Federal level as citizens.

Each month they send timely action alerts and sample letters. You write personal letters to your own Members of Congress. To amplify your impact, local Jewish Earth Alliance volunteers in Washington, DC deliver the letters.
