Speed Skating Ontario's annual awards recognize the outstanding achievement during the season of both its athletes and volunteers. The awards are presented annually to individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions to the advancement of the sport of speed skating in the Province of Ontario.

Nominations can be made by any member in good standing. A selection committee established by the SSO Board will review all nominations and select the winner for each category. Awards will be presented annually. Members of the current SSO Board are not eligible to receive any of these awards.

You can nominate recipients for one or several categories. You will be prompted for names and supporting information for each nominee. Please provide examples of why you think your nominee should be selected for the award.  Your input will help the selection committee in determining this year's recipient.
