This request form is for Mental Health First Aid for Adults (MHFA for Adults) This training teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help and how to guide a person toward appropriate care, if necessary. The ReUp Trainings, LLC team has advocated and coordinated MHFA trainings for agencies and communities since 2012, and became certified to teach the course in 2021.
