Following current county health protocols and for the health and safety of all staff and students, the JUHSD is requiring all employees to complete this daily Staff Temperature/Health Confirmation prior to entering campus / work sites. If you answer "YES" to any of our questions, you are directed to stay home and please follow the district's employee absence guidelines.
