Are You Stressed?
Although there is no definitive survey composed of 20+ questions to determine your level of stress, questionnaires do help increase awareness that, indeed, there may be a problem in one or more areas of your life (that things are out of balance). The following is a simple stress inventory to help you determine the level of stress/imbalance in your life. Read each statement and then mark either the word Agree or Disagree.

Then count the number of "agree" points (one per question) and use the Stress Level Key to determine your personal stress level. To make it easier to answer the final question, keep track of how many times you answer "agree" as you go.

17- My sex life is not very satisfying. *
18- My family relationships are less than desirable. *
19- Overall, my self-esteem can be rather low. *
20- I spend no time each day dedicated to meditation or centering. *
Before moving on, be sure you have the number of times you've indicated "agree". *
