Akira Wellness has had one goal from the start and that has been to make health care and health support easily accessible. Whether it is medical care or mental health support, one thing that deters our community from getting the help they need, is the struggle to find the right professional to provide services and support.
With that said, Akira Wellness is putting together an Indo-Fijian directory to help our community identify the services they hope to find in their local area and we'd love to feature you as a professional if this resonates. This quick form was created to gather basic contact information about you and your practice/service(s). The (tentative) goal is to have this directory live by May 2024 on akirawellness.com.
It's all about making sure individuals in our community can easily connect with excellent support. When a client/patient is able to find support from a professional who shares a similar background or lived experience, it makes all the difference.
As a professional, I hope that you will consider listing yourself in this space and I thank you for being a part of this. Let's make our Indo-Fijian community even more connected and make finding resources easily accessible.
For full transparency, please note that as of now, there is NO cost or membership fee to be listed in this directory, however if we find this successful after the first year a very small donation may be collected and gifted to a non-profit.
