May Pen Primary School takes pleasure in welcoming you to the school family.  

As we embark on this journey to ‘Strive for Excellence’, we solicit your full commitment in all aspects of the school’s program.

Together we work to provide your child/ward with the best possible opportunities to excel.  

We have an Enrichment Centre, a Computer Lab, music centre, dance, drama, culture activities, Physical Education (P.E.), and other co-curricula activities that will enhance the experiences of your child.  We also provide lunch through the PATH program.

We remain committed and resolute to educate the nation's children.

This pandemic calls for new, diverse and innovative ways for us to reach our stakeholders while delivering quality education.

During this time, we will be registering Grade 1 students for the upcoming  academic year (2024/2025).


PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION

1. Complete the online registration form

2.  Photocopy ALL documents*** listed on the registration form AND submit in a sealed envelope to the school's drop box, (located at the entrance of the school).  ORGINALS ARE NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME

3.  Drop Box is opened Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

4. After the documents are checked, you will be contacted to complete the registration.

1.  Birth Certificate (3 copies)

2.  Child's TRN (1 copy)

3.  Immunization  (2 copies) -  pages 14 and 15

4.   Two passport size photographs  



***DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED IN THE DROP BOX (parents/guardian)***

1.  One passport size photograph

2.  Two copies of Government Issued Identification card


Place ALL documents in a large envelope, write the name of the child on the cover along with the name of the parent and a telephone number.  Place envelop in the drop box at the school.
