Board of Advisors Application
You have been nominated to serve on the inaugural Board of Advisors for the Autistic Self-Reliance Support Network.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Ohio.

Members of the Board of Advisors represent the diversity of voices and experiences within the autistic community, as well as key allistic allies. They guide the organization's strategic planning according to the ten principles of disability justice.*

All advisors shall receive a $50 honorarium for the time they spend reviewing and providing feedback on the organization’s initial strategic plan. This review is the only required service that comes with the position. As laid out in our founding documents, this honorarium will increase as the organization grows in complexity.

If an advisor indicates they are willing, members of the Board of the Directors may ask them to serve as an expert consultant on future projects or concerns. If and when this consultation occurs, they will be compensated at an hourly rate of $40/hour for their labor.
