In an effort to make the rally as contactless as possible we'd like you to fill out this form before coming to the rally. The licence, registration and insurance are simple check boxes and we are not collecting personal information like licence numbers. You are declaring that they are valid so we don't need to see or handle them at registration.
For Covid,   you are agreeing to wear a mask when necessary, maintain social distancing when possible, use good hand hygiene and not attend if you are feeling unwell.
