The St. Luke Servant Leadership Team in conjunction with our Education department is gathering feedback from our wonderful Faith Formation volunteers  to help us continually improve our program and increase engagement among the families in our parish. Please help us by providing your feedback to the following questions.  If you have additional questions, we encourage you to reach out to us.
