Loudoun Pride Volunteer Sign-Up

Equality Loudoun is excited to announce that preparations are already underway for Loudoun County’s second annual Loudoun Pride Festival, scheduled for June 4th, 2023, from 1pm-7pm at Claude Moore Park. In 2022, Equality Loudoun, with community supporters like yourself, successfully hosted Loudoun County’s first annual Pride Festival. 

For this upcoming year, we have plans to bring the local community an even bigger event with improved opportunities to connect with sponsors and vendors.  

But hurry, volunteer signups close May 1!

Before signing up for a volunteer slot, please know that we rely heavily on the commitment of volunteers to be able to host this event. We sincerely ask you to not overcommit yourself.

Please be mindful of the amount of time and work involved. Most of our volunteer staff will need to work in a fast paced environment and require significant lifting and mobility. Last-minute cancellations can be detrimental to our team.

While we do allow our younger friends to volunteer, we do not permit anyone under the age 8 to volunteer and anyone 12 or under must have a parent or chaperone present.

Once signed up, one of our administrators will give send you an email to verify your availability.

All day-of volunteers will also be required to attend a 1 hour on-site training on May 21 or June 3 prior to receiving your admission wristbands.
