Warren Bleeker- I have been a parent at SME for over 6 years. My son William is a fourth grader and my daughter Katherine promoted from SME last year and is now a sixth grader at Marshall Fundamental. I am a strong believer in public education. I attended public schools from Kindergarten through law school. I have previously volunteered at SME over the past 6 years. I just completed a two-year term as chair of the Annual Fund Boosters, have served as the Secretary of School Site Council, and currently volunteer for the SME PTA and the Marshall Annual Fund. I am interested in serving on the SME School Site Council in order to have input on important matters at SME, including allocation of funding and diversity and equity issues. I am also interested in representing SME on the District Advisory Council, in order to consult with the Board of Education and District staff on matters related to funding and diversity and equity issues. *
