2023-2024 Online Locker Request Form is now closed. If you filled out this form AND paid for a locker prior to Aug 11, please check your Skyward for your locker number and combination. You may still sign up for a locker by bringing your receipt (having paid online or at finance office) to the attendance office during our BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT on Tuesday Aug 14th from 3pm-7pm or PREBOARDING EVENT on Wednesday Aug 15th from 7:00am-3:00pm. Lockers are assigned on a first come, first serve basis, at the discretion of CVHS admin.
