Parent Survey on Fall 2020 School Reopening
As the Emerson-Hubbard District continues to plan for our return-to-learn this fall, we are in need of your opinion. Our hope is to start school with students in our building on August 13th. It is important to our District that we plan for our students to return, but we do it with their health and safety in mind. Although our hope is to start with all students in the building, we must also plan for alternative options.

This survey will not affect any student's right to an education and will only be used for planning purposes. We do not request that you disclose any health or medical information about you or your student(s). If your student has an IEP or 504 Plan, we will need to work with your family on providing a safe return-to-school plan to address any safety or health concerns you may have.
