AM&P Network is committed to fostering talent and hosts several flagship awards programs to recognize the exceptional talent in our industry.  The SIIA Jesse H. Neal Awards are entering their 69th year, and honor the best of the best in B2B journalism and content creation.  The Neal Awards nominations and call for judges will launch in October 2022, and the in-person Awards ceremony is slated for April 2023 in New York City.  The Neal Awards Committee will provide counsel to help ensure growth and success of this prestigious recognition program.

THE COMMITTEE WILL:
Provide guidance and recommendations to steer the Neal Awards' success and growth.

Strive for inclusivity and equity among the program, seeking diverse voices among entrants, judges, and on the committee itself.

COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide oversight on the list of award categories year to year, determining if some should be jettisoned or new categories added

Review and reassess judging criteria to ensure relevance and adequacy and recommend any proposed changes

Provide industry insight on pricing strategy

Serve as an Awards judge (additional time commitment during the judging period) and recommend and assist in securing 5 additional judges from his/her network

Act as a champion for the Awards, assisting with social media promotion, offering testimonials and/or participation in video webinar or promotional recordings

The committee shall make quarterly reports to the AM&P Network Executive Advisory Board (EAB)

The Committee shall review and reassess the adequacy of this Charter annually and recommend any proposed changes to the EAB for approval. The Committee shall annually review its own performance.

(Final decisions lie with SIIA staff, aided by the guidance of the committee and EAB. SIIA’s Board of Directors maintains authority over the association’s annual budget, bylaws and related policies.)
