Program Overview: The Upper Freehold Regional Public School District Preschool Program is a comprehensive program that services typically developing and special needs 3- and 4-year-old children. Programs will be held at Newell Elementary School. Tuition students are placed in the program through an application and a lottery procedure. Class placements are based on current openings. Children who are identified as requiring additional supports are placed in the program through identification, evaluation, and eligibility procedures as outlined in New Jersey Administrative Code. The goal of our program is to provide students with an excellent early childhood learning experience.

This application is for tuition students only.

Please note:

* Transportation is not provided for preschool.

* All students must be fully toilet trained.
