DUE TO NEW STATE REGULATIONS ALL CLASSES WILL BE VIRTUAL ONLY. As soon as we are able to go back to in person classes you will be notified. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
 
Once registered for class you will be sent an invoice and a waiver to sign.  Payment and waivers must be submitted before the first class. Zoom links are sent out weekly before class begins.

Class Description:
Barre class begins with core activation and integration on the floor or on yoga mats. Class continues with a variety of ballet inspired exercises at the barre:  strengthening & conditioning the legs, glutes and upper back. Class may incorporate some cardiovascular work as well as arm strengthening exercises.  Please bring yoga mat & hand towel.
