•  One scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to be awarded to an individual selected by the Lebanon Garden Club, and prior to the end of the school year.  The recipient must give the Garden Club proof of registration at his/her chosen institution to verify acceptance for funds to be released to the recipient.
•  The scholarship is NOT limited to a four-year college or university.  Applicant may choose any field of study, and may attend any college, university, or trade school.
•  The scholarship shall be awarded based on an individual’s community service involvement, academic achievements, career aspirations, and financial situation.  Grade point average and class standing are not the exclusive criteria for selection.

Eligibility
•   Applicant must be a senior graduating from Lebanon High School, or a permanent resident within the Lebanon CUSD 9 enrolled as a senior in a private, parochial, or homeschool, and have plans to attend an accredited college, university, or trade school in the fall of this year.

Please complete and submit this form online to apply for the 2024 Lebanon Garden Club Scholarship by March 31, 2024. There are seven sections included in this application. Selection is by a blind review process. The information found in section 1 is not shared with the selection committee. Please do not include personal information in responses to other sections that will allow for the identification of the applicant.
