Ken Grant Scholarship 2020
Education is essential, but it’s also expensive. Between tuition, books and living expenses, it can be a real struggle for students and their families to get everything they need. It also causes a lot of stress and undue worry, which isn’t conducive for learning or health. Being active is a wonderful way to alleviate stress and the Grant Family has teamed with Mechanic Falls Recreation Department to help create scholarship that is focused on rewarding students that have gone the extra mile while in school.

In celebration of the incredible life of Ken Grant, we have created the Ken Grant Scholarship; to not only help ease the burden of school costs, but to promote healthy living. We believe healthy living, eating right, exercising, and positive thinking are essential tools to succeed not just in school, but also in life.

Our scholarship focuses on rewarding students that have gone above and beyond on the playing field, in the classroom and in the community.

If you feel like we do, and your actions have demonstrated your support in the community, then don’t waste another second and enter for your opportunity to win the 1st Annual Scholarship Award.

There will be two scholarship awards given to an outstanding students who have most demonstrated how they have given back to the community. The scholarship will be awarded at the Ken Grant 3v3 Basketball Tournament.
