Tuckaway Tree Farm is hosting its second annual Autumn Fest on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 10 AM - 5 PM. This event will host local food, makers, and vendors at Tuckaway Tree Farm in McAlevy's Fort, PA. Tuckaway Tree Farm will be offering pumpkins, games, photo ops, and more (TBD). We're currently accepting applications for other local vendors and makers to join us.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own set-up, including tent, tables, and chairs. This event will be held outside at Tuckaway Tree Farm. Tuckaway Tree Farm is unable to give access to running water, power, etc. Vendor is responsible for set up and tear down of their own booth and leaving the property as it was found. We generally have about 2 bars of Verizon and full service AT&T cell phone service in the location of the event.

Vendor booths must always be staffed and vendors are responsible for collecting their own payments and PA sales tax if applicable.

Autumn Fest at Tuckaway Tree Farm will be held rain or shine, but may be adjusted/postponed in the event of severe weather.

Completion of this form does not guarantee your participation in the Autumn Fest event. Our Autumn Fest event committee will choose vendors based on the appropriateness for the event. Our goal is to accept as many vendors that meet the criteria as space permits.

We are not accepting multi-level marketing vendors at this time (i.e. Scentsy, Young Living, etc.).

There is a nonrefundable vendor fee for the event of $35 for selected vendors to be paid via check, PayPal, or Venmo after participation decisions are made.

Acknowledgement of responsibilities

I understand that vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs for the event and will not be provided with access to running water, power, etc.

I understand that vendors will be held accountable for their actions. If the property is damaged including crops and trees, Tuckaway Tree Farm reserves the right to bill the Vendor for damages. Tuckaway Tree Farm assumes no responsibility for personal injury or loss, theft, or damage to equipment or other property.

I understand that vendors must obey all laws, by-laws, ordinances and regulations governing use of the facility and operation of the event, abide by the rules and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and of any other government or regulatory body having authority to regulate the facilities and the event, and obey all laws, including those pertaining to health and safety, consumer protection and protection of visitors of the event.

I understand that vendors must obtain, at their own expense, any licenses, permits, or insurances which are required for the operation of its trade or business during the term of the Show and to pay all taxes, including all applicable sales taxes, of any nature or kind that may be levied against it as a result of the operation of its trade or business in its contracted space.

I understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Tuckaway Tree Farm, LLC and L&A Real Property, LLC, their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, against all claims, losses, liability, damages (including legal fees and expenses) costs and charges of every kind resulting from occupancy of the property, personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage sustained by the Vendor in regards to the event.

Acknowledgment of payment

I understand that the nonrefundable vendor fee is due after participation is confirmed by Tuckaway Tree Farm and must be received no later than August 20th via check, PayPal, or Venmo.
