This Application is for parents/guardians who want to have their 9th - 12th grade student attend The School District of Philadelphia Virtual Academy (PVA) for the 2024-25 school year. *The transfer window for SY23-24 is now closed, any and all applications entered before 3/1/24 will be archived and a new one will have to be submitted.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your student a seat at PVA. Students will be enrolled based on availability and placed on a wait-list if no seats are available. Once an appropriate seat opens the family will be contacted to see if they are still interested in being enrolled.
