2023 Fairgrounds Festival -Norfolk Night Market - Artisan Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Norfolk Night Market taking place as a part of the Fairgrounds Festival. Each vendor will be notified, and provided an invoice once the completed application is reviewed and approved.  Only the sale of unique handmade items will be permitted at the Night Market. No direct sales.

EVENT FEES: $225 per booth for entire event. Full payment is due on confirmation of application approval.  *

BOOTH: Each booth is a 10’x10’ space, outdoors. Two Exhibitor Badges will be issued per booth.  No furniture is provided unless specified below. Tenting and the appropriate weights are the responsibility of each vendor.

INSURANCE: A Liability Insurance Certificate showing Norfolk County Agricultural Society named as an “additional insured” is required from all exhibitors. Minimum $2 million liability is required. This certificate must be received prior to set up or set up will not be permitted. A copy is due by May 15, 2023.
