The impact of Work From Home on perceived  productivity
Thank you for taking part in the survey.

Building 4 Impact are conducting this research to understand the impact of WFH on perceived productivity (your judgement of the impacts of the COVID restrictions on your productivity) which can help us to prepare for the transition back. The survey would take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. All the responses are anonymous, and your participation is completely voluntary. You can save the survey and complete in your time. You indicate your consent to participate by completing the survey.

The survey questions were developed from Quality of Working Life (QWL) indicators extracted from scientific research papers. Olson et al. (2020) explains QWL as “the overall quality of life that is influenced by work related to how an employee would evaluate their work environment”.

A latest research (Roy Morgan, 2020) showed that approximately 4.3 million people in Australia (~32% of the working people) are currently working from home (WFH) due to the lockdown, implying a change in their environment. While research on this topic is in its infancy, a recent study in Germany found WFH to have a positive impact on job satisfaction (Bellmann and Hübler, 2020). Whereas, another global research showed that WFH increased the stress and burnout in many (Hayes et al., 2020).
