SCHEDULE CONFLICTS - Take a LONG look at the volleyball calendar and list ANY & ALL conflicts you have AND the reason for those conflicts. If you are unable to attend matches/tournaments, we must know in advance. Missing dates should be avoided as much as possible as this may affect the entire team's success, individual playing time, and decisions about team selection. Weekend matches are considered mandatory as are matches during the week. If missing is absolutely unavoidable for a SOLID reason, we will try to work with you as long as we know in advance. If you are a freshman, please complete this for all 3 levels on the game schedule, including weekends. If you are a sophomore, please complete this for JV and Varsity levels on the game schedule, including weekends. If you are a junior or senior, please complete this for the Varsity level on the game schedule, including weekends. Remember to include the reason WHY there is a conflict. For tryouts I understand and agree to the following:

I will bring my own water bottle an water to tryouts each day
I will wear appropriate clothing and shoes for volleyball
I will make sure to eat something, be hydrated, and be well rested
I am not required to wear a mask at this time, but I am welcome to do so if I prefer
I will be on time to tryouts (with time to help set up nets, put on gear, and warmup prior) and will have someone pick me up (if applicable) on time each day
I understand that I must be at all days of tryouts
If I make a team, I understand that practice begins Friday Aug 12 and goes though the end of October (beginning of Nov for Varsity Players)
I will do my best and have fun playing volleyball
