We are seeking your time, energy, and talents for the 26th Annual Legacy Gala Dinner Auction. Money raised will benefit the Cardinal Endowment Fund for Scholarships and Financial Assistance. Please consider helping us to make this the best Gala ever! Below are volunteer opportunities. Please check all that apply. Procurement Committee - Help solicit auction items by asking companies you might do business with, or people you know to donate items.

Assist on Procurement Committee

Auction Marketing Committee - Assist with some of the design components for the event. (Must know InDesign, Adobe Photoshop. CANVA is also helpful)

Assist with designing the Event program (currently in InDesign)

Assist with designing PowerPoint Slides for the Live Auction

Decorating the Fieldhouse - Thursday, April 11, 2:00 - 4:00 PM

Set up tables, chairs, and moving auction items to the Field House - Thursday, April 11, 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Assist with setting up chairs and auction tables 4/11, 5:30-7:00 PM

Setting up auction items in the gym- Friday, April 12, 9:00 AM - 2:20 PM

Assist with setting up auction items in the gym 4/12, 9 AM-2:20 PM

Break-Down/Clean up of the Legacy Gala- Sunday, April 14, 8:00 AM-Noon

Assist with breaking down/cleaning up the Legacy Gala 4/14, 8:00 AM-Noon

Night of the Event, Silent Auction Table Attendants and other tasks - Saturday, April 13, 4:30-11:00 PM

Volunteer Coordinator (oversee volunteers during the event) 4:00-11:00 PM

Silent Auction Table Attendants and other tasks, 4:30-11:00 PM

Thirsty Cardinal Bar Manager (Help order beer and wine for the Gala Bar, set up and oversee other volunteer staff. Bar expereicne would be helpful.
