About Ground Mission:
Ground Up is a not-just-for-profit business that provides job training to women overcoming adversity in the Portland area. Through the sale of healthy and delicious nut butters, we empower women with the confidence and skills they need to get back on their feet.
We provide job opportunities to women overcoming adversity (drug + alcohol addiction, incarceration, mental illness, domestic violence and homelessness) through our employment training program. During their time working with us over the course of 6-9 months, women gain the skills and confidence they need to transition into their next phase of life.
