Dear Parents,

Please complete this survey by Tuesday, 18 August, 2020. This quick survey is to identify those students who wish to attend school during alternating weeks (50%), and do distance learning the next week, or continue with 100% online learning, as well as find out other important information for the start of the new school year.

Please remember, it is important to provide accurate information so that we can plan accordingly. The safety of our students and staff is paramount. One survey per family please - if you have more than 4 children registered then you may fill out two forms.
