The Violence Prevention Education Team and Laurel Ridge Police Department has developed in-house Self-Defense & REVIVE classes that will be available to all students, staff, faculty, and administration.
The Self-Defense course is CLOSED for signups.
The REVIVE course is a 2 hour. There is no limit to this session.
*Please note: You should wear comfortable clothing to the Self-Defense session as you will be actively participating in physical exercises.
