Thank you for your interest in the 38th annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen. Please submit ONE application per person. To apply for a Media Pass, read the guidelines below and click to proceed to the Official Application Form. Please remember this is only a request, and it may not be approved.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY April 17, 2020. You will be notified of your application status by May 1, 2020. We will read and respond to every application. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

In order to be considered for media credentials, you MUST BE ON ASSIGNMENT. Exceptions may be made for freelancers with a solid track record of placement in quality publications. We ask that you share details of your advance and post-coverage plans. Additional consideration will be given for added social media exposure. All approved journalists will receive a Media Pass for the weekend, providing access to the complete 2020 F&W Classic in Aspen Consumer and Trade Programs, as well as select media events. Travel is not included in the Media Pass.

Editors: Please have each member of your assigned staff apply for their own Media Pass. If we cannot accommodate your whole team, we will contact you directly to make the appropriate arrangements.

Travel: The suggested travel days are Thursday, June 18 – Sunday, June 21, 2020. We are here to assist with your travel arrangements with media rates at area hotels, suggestions on flights, program planning, and more.
