For Matherites who wish to apply to use the JCR, MCR, or Sunken Courtyard to host an event or social gathering, with preference for University-recognized groups or clubs. The priority deadline is every Monday at midnight, and students whose events are approved for events the following weekend must then meet with the tutor-on-call to discuss your plans for hosting a safe event that is also considerate towards the Mather community.
