To Confirm your sacraments I need an copy of your Annotated Baptismal Certificate. This can be requested from your church of Baptism.
This can be submitted to the Parish Office Tuesday-Friday, 9am-2pm. It can also be scanned and emailed to Cassie Denning at cassiedenning@stjbosco.org
