2025-2026 St. Mary School Enrollment Application
Please complete this application to enroll your child(ren) in St. Mary School in Paris, Kentucky. This year, St. Mary is offering a Montessori preschool rate with extended care until 5pm built in at a discounted cost. We are still offering a regular preschool rate with pick up at 3pm.This will help our preschool families who regularly utilize after school care. We are also offering a multi-child discount to support our families. The tuition schedule is available at this link.

Students will not be fully enrolled and their spot will not be guaranteed until the $150 enrollment fee is received. Please note that health records including school physical, immunization certificate, eye screening, dental screening, and birth certificate are required for all Montessori Preschool, Montessori Kindergarten, and new students.
