Dear Parents and Carers,

I am pleased to announce the club options for Term 2.  Again the teachers have aimed to offer a wide and exciting variety of clubs with a couple of new additions!

Please complete the attached form to sign up for clubs for Term 2. Clubs will commence on Monday 13th January and run until Friday 27th March. Most clubs will continue to cost €5 a session however Baking Club, Puppet Making Club and Story Time Craft Club will charge €7 a session and all materials will be included in the price. Full payment will have to be made prior to the first session starting. Payment should be given in a clearly marked envelope to either myself, the teacher leading the club or the office.  Please ensure the payment is exact and will need to be made all at once. It is also important to remember that you will not be able to receive a refund once you have paid the teacher for the club. We have worked hard to provide an activity for all year groups and we hope the children will enjoy the range of clubs on offer.  You are more than welcome to enrol your child in more than one club. Each club will have a minimum of 4 pupils and a maximum of 12.  If a staff member is absence the club will either be taken by another member of staff or made up at a later date.  Every effort will be made to ensure that your child has a fun and engaging experience at each club.
