For a lost / damaged / stolen card :
* You will be allowed 6 paper connectix PER TRIMESTER. Distributed at dismissal.  Only 1 to 2 tickets per request.
* Replacement card = $5.00 in cash.  
* May take at least 2 weeks for a new card to be processed.  
* Once you use up your 6 paper connectix, you are responsible for the costs associated with getting to / from school until the new card is received.
