Introduction

The Pastoral Care Team provides a caring ministry to the congregation. We work with our minister to respond to the needs of our members and friends at UUCW during times of ritual importance (births and deaths), short or long-term illness, personal crisis, and other limiting circumstances. Listed below are some of the services we provide.

If you know someone in the congregation who would welcome and benefit from our services please let someone from Parish Services know. If you are able to help us on an occasional basis to provide some of these services, please indicate by marking those services below and providing your contact information.

PCT Service Opportunities (please check all that you are interested/willing to provide)

Visit someone at a health-care facility or home

Prepare a meal

Write a note, get-well greeting, or make phone calls

Provide transportation for a medical visit, an errand or a ride to church

Offer short-term respite elder or child care
