Cancelation and Refund Policy *
Full refund less $25 processing fee, will be made if your cancellation is received by phone message, postmarked mail or e-mail by July 12, 2020. Heather Maritano, LCSW, RPT-S reserves the right to cancel the training for any unforeseen circumstances. If the training is cancelled, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Continuing Education Credits: Attendance at the complete workshop will earn attendees 30.0 CEUs. The Indiana Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor.
