Welcome to St. Francis Xavier School! We are so happy you are part of the SFX family and we are looking forward to seeing you at the New Parent Retreat/Back to School Night. The retreat welcomes new members into our community and provides time to pray and introduce new families to the mission and philosophy of St. Francis Xavier School, reflect on our Jesuit heritage and spirituality and how they affect the education and culture at SFX. During Back to School Night you (and current SFX families) will meet with the teachers and learn important information about the school year. Attendance is mandatory for at least one parent from each new family (this event is for parents only).

Families with students entering Preschool and Kindergarten will meet on August 10th.  Families with students entering grades 1-8 will meet on August 26th (if you have students in both grade bands please attend on August 10th). The retreat begins at 4:45pm. Please arrive at school promptly at 4:45 so you can meet and mingle with Mr. Watson our principal, teachers, staff and other new families before the retreat starts at 5pm. Back to School Night will immediately follow at 6pm. Park in the main lot in front of school and enter campus through the gates. Student leaders will be on campus to direct you.

Please submit this form by July 30th to RSVP. Although the request may have been sent to multiple emails per family, you will only need to RSVP once per family.  


¡Bienvenidos a la escuela St. Francis Xavier! Estamos muy contentos de que usted sea parte de la familia SFX y esperamos verlos en el Retiro de Padres Nuevos / Noche de Regreso a Clases. El retiro da la bienvenida a nuevos miembros a nuestra comunidad y brinda tiempo para orar y presentar a las nuevas familias la misión y la filosofía de la escuela St. Francis Xavier, reflexionar sobre nuestra herencia y espiritualidad jesuita y cómo afectan la educación y la cultura en SFX. Durante la Noche de Regreso a Clases, usted (y las familias actuales de SFX) se reunirá con los maestros y aprenderá información importante sobre el año escolar. La asistencia es obligatoria para al menos uno de los padres de cada nueva familia (este evento es solo para padres).

Las familias con estudiantes que ingresan a preescolar y kindergarten se reunirán el 10 de agosto. Las familias con estudiantes que ingresan a los grados 1-8 se reunirán el 26 de agosto (si tiene estudiantes en ambos grados, asista el 10 de agosto). El retiro comienza a las 4:45 pm. Llegue a la escuela puntualmente a las 4:45 para que pueda reunirse con el Sr. Watson, nuestro director, maestros, personal y otras familias nuevas antes de que comience el retiro a las 5 pm. La Noche de Regreso a la Escuela seguirá inmediatamente a las 6 pm. Estacione en el estacionamiento principal frente a la escuela y entre al campus por las puertas. Los líderes estudiantiles estarán en el campus para dirigirte.
