SUBMISSION DEADLINE is WEDNSDAY,  3rd of November, 2021 at 23:59 hours (Central European Summer Time).

Applications will be reviewed and processed between 3rd and 5th of November 2021. Applications received after that will be considered on a rolling, space-available bases.

There is an application fee of 80 EUR. Applications will be only processed, when we receive the application fee.

Payment of application fee should be made to the account indicated below. Please use only and exactly this information for bank transfers. In the reference field, please indicate your name, so we can allocated the paments accordingly.

There is no IBAN (at all) in Russia, hence, instead of IBAN, please indicated the account number. Also, some applicants might need to add to the SWIFT additional letters - XXX (hence, VTBRRUMMXXX)

When you wire, please indicate the sum to be recieved at our end in Euros, or in US dollars only. It is possible to wire in USD, however, please then convert accordingly, and also chose the option where you pay for the sending and receiving bank costs.

You can also wire through Wise (Formerly Transferwise) (https://wise.com/)! This is a fast, easy, and convenient way of paying internationally. Please indicate also here your name, so we can allocate the payments correctly.  

The course/participation fee will be only charged as soon as the participants for the masterclass have been selected and confirmed (after the 3rd of November).

General Terms
1.
The masterclass is held in Saint Petersburg.

2.
The language of the master class is English. If a translater is needed, please inform us ahead of time.

3.
The choice of repertoire is free within the works indicated on the website of the Masterclass, additional pieces (that are not stated on the list) can be discussed. Pieces selected by participants will be coordinated, and discussed with Prof. Colin Metters, and Meta Music Academy Team.

4.
Visa invitation assistance for Russia can be requested.  

5.
The participation will be confirmed after the submission deadline, after 3rd of November 2021. It is necessary to fill out the application form.

6.
At the end of the masterclass, all participants will receive a certificate.

7.
Payment will be only required to do when participants were chosen and confirmed.
