Custom orders are quoted at $20 per hour plus all materials, shipping, and other incurred costs. Sammy Jo Sews will communicate any issues that come up along the way that will affect the quote provided. Sammy Jo Sews will work with you to select fabric and pattern. Once agreed upon, Sammy Jo Sews will give you a date of expected completion and provide tracking information when it is mailed. When both parties agree to the project and timeline, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due. The customer understands that the hours of labor may change depending on the complexity of the pattern. Sammy Jo Sews tries to estimate as close as possible, but will communicate and adjust invoice due accordingly.
