Please complete the following form if you student will be switching to the online canned program provided by Forbes Road School District.  Assignments would be submitted online for Forbes Road teachers to grade.  If you think you would like to try the online option, can have your child try it for 12 calendar days without committing to stay on it.  If you don't like the online program, you can return your child to on-campus learning with the mask mandate.
