Are you a North Carolina Student looking to join Students Against Destructive Decisions? It's a free and amazing way to make friends while promoting safe and positive lifestyles. You can fill out the following form to join our North Carolina Statewide Chapter until a Chapter and Advisor can be established at your school. This statewide chapter will be meeting virtually until further notice. This form is intended for students who:

1.  Do not currently have a SADD chapter in their school district (yet).
2.  Are looking to get involved with SADD from another club that may not be operating (Key club, Leo, DECA, FCCLA, FBLA, etc.)
3.  Who will not be able to participate in their school's chapter this year because it is not operating due to current school guidelines or other COVID-19 impacts.
4.  Who will not be able to participate in their school's chapter this year because you are attending school entirely virtually, even if the club is still operating in a physical school setting
5.  Do not have a Chapter Advisor
