Általános Szerződési Feltételek:

A GeoEsztergom MEGA eseményre a szervezők nonprofit alapon 150-150 darab geocoint készítenek
A geocoin darabjának vételára forintban: 3500 HUF, euróban: 10 EUR, cseh koronában: 250 CZK
A geocoinokat kizárólag jelen nyomtatvány kitöltésével lehet megrendelni, a kitöltés eredményességéről a Google rendszere automatikus visszaigazoló e-mailt küld.
A beérkező rendelések feldolgozását követően, a szervezők a PayPal felületén keresztül számlával egy tekintet alá eső okiratot küldenek meg, ami tartalmazza a rendelés egyedi azonosító számát, illetve az e-mailon csatolt linken keresztül lehet online teljesíteni a fizetést.
Fizetni kizárólag online lehet, a PayPal rendszerén keresztül. A fizetéshez nem kell rendelkezni PayPal regisztrációval. A PayPal számos fieztési módot támogat, beleértve a bankkártyás fizetést is.
A fizetés előtt mindenképpen bizonyosodjunk meg, hogy az általunk választott pénznemben történik a tranzakció (előfordulhat, hogy alternatívaként a PayPal eltérő pénznemben is felajánlja a bankkártya beterhelését).
Amennyiben a megrendelés visszaigazolását követő 10 napon belül nem érkezik be a vételár, úgy a szervezők fenntartják a jogot a rendelés törlésére.
A geocoinokat kizárólag az esemény helyszínén, 2024. június 22-én, szombaton lehet személyesen átvenni.
A geocoinok átvételekor a szervezők a magyar jognak megfelelő, adásvételt alátámasztó bizonylatot állítanak ki és adnak át.
Jelen jogviszonyra a magánszemélytől történő ingó vásárlásának szabályai, valamint a magyar jogrend a irányadó.
A szerződési feltételek magyar és angol nyelven lettek írva, amennyiben a két nyelv értelmezése között eltérés van, úgy a magyar nyelvű rész az irányadó.

For the GeoEsztergom MEGA event, the organizers will make 150 geocoins each on a non-profit basis

Geocoins can only be ordered by filling out this form, the Google system will send an automatic confirmation e-mail about the success of the filling.
After processing the incoming orders, the organizers send a document with an invoice via the PayPal interface, which contains the unique identification number of the order, and the payment can be made online via the link attached to the e-mail.
Payment can only be made online via the PayPal system. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay. PayPal supports many payment methods, including credit card payments.
Before paying, make sure that the transaction takes place in the currency of your choice (it may happen that, as an alternative, PayPal offers to charge your bank card in a different currency).
If the purchase price is not received within 10 days after the confirmation of the order, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the order.
Geocoins can only be collected in person at the location of the event on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
When receiving the geocoins, the organizers hand over a receipt of the sale, accordance with Hungarian law.
This legal relationship is governed by the rules for the purchase of movable property from a private individual, as well as the Hungarian legal order.
The terms and conditions of the contract are written in Hungarian and English, if there is a discrepancy between the interpretation of the two languages, the Hungarian part shall prevail.
