WFIPP survey on Bladder Diaries

A bladder diary (also called a voiding diary, micturition (urination) chart or frequency-volume chart) is one of the first diagnostic LUTS tests recommended in national and international medical guidelines published by the various urological scientific societies (ICS, EAU, AUA, IUGA, NICE and more). Bladder diaries are paper-based and sometimes App based.

People are requested to urinate into a kitchen beaker, read-off the volume voided and write it down on a piece of paper or manually enter it in a smartphone App. All voids (number of urinations), liquid intake and events (e.g., urine leakages) should be recorded during 2 or 3 days.
